The Content Editor Analyst is responsible for publishing, maintaining, and optimizing content across the client's corporate websites using Drupal CMS. This role ensures timely and accurate content updates, supports global content governance, and collaborates with marketing teams and external agencies to deliver a consistent and compliant digital experience.
What will you do?
Content Management
- Create, edit, and publish content using Drupal CMS across multiple corporate websites.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and legal/compliance requirements.
- Manage metadata, tags, and URL structures to optimize content discoverability.
- Monitor published content for accuracy, broken links, and expiration dates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders from different geographical markets to understand content needs and priorities.
Global Communication & Collaboration
- Liaise with cross-functional teams across various time zones and cultures.
- Gather requirements from regional teams and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing teams and external design agencies to validate and implement content assets.
Documentation & Training
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Drupal tasks, workflows, and publishing best practices.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient content management.
Web Development & Technical Support
- Understand fundamental web development concepts (HTML, CSS).
- Collaborate with IT and QA teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to content.
- Manage content lifecycle including updates, maintenance, and enhancements.
Project Management Tools
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
Support MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes through integration with Veeva Vault or similar systems.
