Job Description

· Conduct comprehensive requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

· Identify stakeholders, systems, and processes affected by both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring all aspects are considered.

· Determine and articulate necessary IT business solutions, providing support during the implementation phase.

· Facilitate and lead design discussions between clients and the product team, ensuring alignment and clarity on requirements.

· Challenge and refine business requirements to develop optimal solutions that meet organizational needs.

· Ensure compliance with established procedures while delivering high-quality solutions that enhance business performance.

· Propose and implement best practices in business analysis to drive continuous improvement within the product development lifecycle.

· Leverage your expertise to contribute to the management of both existing and new products and services, ensuring they meet market demands and client expectations.

 
Job Requirements
 

· Bachelor"s or Master"s Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant experience demonstrating technical competence.

· Proven experience in IT projects within the Financial and Insurance sectors, with a strong ability to interpret technical, functional, and non-functional requirements to deliver robust solutions.

· Strong background in facilitating design discussions, ensuring the development of sustainable end-to-end solutions.

· Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its phases.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.

· Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and requirements.

· Adaptability to a dynamic project portfolio, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.

· Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technology concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Experience working with in-house development teams and external vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes.

· Familiarity with deployment and support of insurance systems, enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
