* Position is responsible for functioning as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities.
* May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies and procedures.
* Entry level professional position. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
* Builds collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
* Responsible for employee relations, management consultation and/or benefit plan administration.
* Act as liaison for employees.
* May assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and their communication to the employees.
* May assist with the administration of the compensation system.
* May assist with the administration of benefit programs.
* Would be responsible for day-to-day specific P&C processes such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and off-boarding
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of benefit plans.
* Knowledge of management practices.
* Public speaking capabilities helpful.
* Good problem resolution skills.
* Excellent ability to handle conflict.
* Knowledge of employment laws.
* Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position - must be amenable to work onsite at the office and during NA hours (Manila night shift).
* May require additional project-specific training.
