JOB PURPOSE: The position holder is responsible to develop, enhance and operate services related to online application, marketing, sales, and integration. Especially his/her role is to maintain Oracle Eloqua & CRMoD supporting marketing campaign, data migration / correction, integration & synchronisation.
The job holder is also responsible to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and to produce an efficient & reliable working solution with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity in the Sales & Marketing field.
The position holder must organize and plan his work under special consideration of a frictionless information flow in the IT and the relevant business department and he/she must guarantee an overall excellent co-operation with all project members, business representatives and external experts if applicable.
A. Complete a minimum of 20 INC ( impact on customer ) & 20 REQ (configuration item) and 4 development request (major enhancement and configuration) every month
B. Expands knowledge to application integration, and and support connectivity with other system(s) (PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Tealium, Drupal)
C. Working with up to 1200 end users on different locations according the various systems

A. Design, develop, test, deploy and support of systems that are in the CRM and Application integration team’s funnel, particularly, Eloqua & CRMOD.
B. Administrate Eloqua, create flow, complex setup and data correction/ migration
C. Adherence to policies - Guarantee respect of planning, risk management, process, guidelines, policies, standards in the scope of all applications developed. In particular, follow the Change Management process & incident Management Process.
D. Collaborate with multiple IT teams to ensure a smooth integration of systems: PeopleSoft CSO, Salesforce, Eloqua, CRMoD, Application online
E. Ensures a smooth transfer from development to production phase in respect of methodology; provides technical and procedural documentation, test cases and protocols, training material, installation procedures, security concept and role assignment of customers
F. Performs all other tasks delegated by the Team-Manager to optimize efficiency of the entire IT Department in the area of application development according client's management requirements. Takes also special care about his/her assigned computer/tools, especially in respect of viruses. This is also applicable to all medias connected to it.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The job holder must present a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems with above-average degree.
- Minimum 3 years of Eloqua Experience, with 5+ years of - overall development experience
- Oracle certifications highly desired (but not essential)
Expert in Eloqua administration and development.
Excellent knowledge of functional Sales and marketing business processes
Knowledge with API, SOAP and REST
Excellent Knowledge of Relational Databases
Awareness on all IT aspects (architecture, database, application development)
Ability to manage multiple activities within time and technical constraints
The job holder must:
