We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to follow written procedures and can communicate well with customers, peers and managers. Candidates should be a proven self-starter, detailed oriented, have excellent customer service and technical troubleshooting skills.
The position will require an individual to:
- Proactively monitor and operate the IT environment: Network, servers, systems, applications…
- Management of alerts raised by monitoring systems according to standard operating procedures
- Perform scheduled health checks of defined IT components
- Apply procedures to restore systems and services
- Log and update all alerts and incidents in the ticketing tool
- Work autonomously in shifts in a 24*7 environment
- Take part of scheduled interventions and system acceptance testing
- Review technical documentation and contribute to the on-going improvement of the working procedures
