Imagine a day at Stefanini - Take a look!
 
  • Act as a Point of Contact for technical advices or support;
  • Be flexible for instant allocation on different projects in order to mitigate crisis situations and help achieve SLAs;
  • Handling calls, chats, backlog or tickets – based on assignment requirement;
  • Giving suggestions to optimize service offered and work processes;
  • Handle complex incidents on the projects;
  • Working closely with specialists in order to ensure highest quality on the project;
  • Work in the Delivery Monitoring and Intelligence Center, a service desk task force which activates on crisis situations/special projects;
  • Guide and coach support engineers.

 
Job Requirements
 

Your path to success requires:
 
  • Advanced level of knowledge of French or German;
  • Can-do attitude, high adaptability and resilience;
  • Mandatory English language proficiency, spoken and written;
  • Organized, analytical, detail-oriented person;
  • Availability: extended business;
