Job Description

  • Lead teams to meet or exceed service KPIs while resolving software issues logged through our/the client's ITSM Tools;
  • Manage solution support team of Function, Technical, and BI resources across multiple sites;
  • Track profitability of the services and make adjustments as needed, together with Sales and PreSales teams;
  • Work with Operations Delivery Manager to ensure teams are staffed with appropriate capacity and capability;
  • Positively impact the perceived quality of support by driving development, improving effectiveness, and increasing efficiency of service delivery teams through the achievement of operating metrics/KPIs; conducting structured and active engagement with employees, and post-mortem reviews to implement best-practices;
  • Support annual audits/certifications by ensuring incidents are correctly categorized, resolved, and regularly reviewed with the team, leadership, and business partners;
  • Innovate and drive creativity within the Services by actively contributing to the SMO processes, standards, and tooling.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience leading decentralized software support service teams;
  • Experience working with complex, multi-national customers;
  • Familiarity with ITIL Service Management, enterprise architecture, and the ability to learn the inner workings of complex systems. A sound technical mindset and curiosity are essential;
  • Technical background as Dev, System Administration, or QA is nice to have;
  • Deep understanding of Stefanini commercial processes, drivers, and best practices;
  • Proven track record of managing stakeholders and cross-team collaboration;
  • Superior organizational, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • High level of energy and personal drive; acts with a sense of urgency;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related field experience; advanced degree preferred.
