The role: Business Analyst

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Transformation program will deliver improved capabilities to the company’s employees, business partners and associates, by enabling remote and mobile working, automation of critical user access to the systems through the successful implementation and rollout of secure and simplified IAM processes.

Job Requirements
 

Job qualifications and requirement:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting and data analysis, with University / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant business-related discipline;
·         Practical knowledge of business analysis & presentation tools with strong analytical acumen, quantitative skills, and attention to details;
·         Self-motivated, innovative with an inspiring personality with strong presentation and communication skills;
·         Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to develop and use collaborative relationship;
·         Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst / System Architect;
·         Proven track record specifying detailed system requirements/user stories;
·         Technical background allowing the candidate to successfully engage in the design of solutions comprising different technologies: .Net, Java, MSSQL Server etc.;
·         Ability to handle multiple projects areas with changing priorities and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
·         Excellent command of English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, regional and global counterparts, and third party consultants in designing and building digital platforms;
·         Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;
·         Interact with various business lines and stakeholders to clarify business requirements;
·         Gives advice on possible improvements in product backlog;
  • Supports Product Owner in Product Backlog prioritization;
  • Participates in lifecycle of Product Backlog;
  • Details each selected feature in the form of a User Story small enough to be implemented within one sprint, including acceptance criteria necessary for the team to understand and develop the user story;
  • Contributes to testing User Stories developed by the Agile team;
·         Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations;
·         Provides guidance and support, evaluates risks, and acts as a business partner.
