Job Description

STEFANINI is hiring english speaking helpdesk consultants to join a 5 month project for one of our clients based in Vila Franca de Xira.

 
Job Requirements
 

We're looking for someone with 3 to 4 years of experience with helpdesk, acquainted with the following tasks:
 
• Call handling
• Account management (Creation, deletion of accounts in several systems, like O365, SAP, etc…)
• O365 Management (e.g. Computer and user account issues)
• O365 tools support (Office, One Drive, Teams, etc…)
• Connectivity issues
• Workstation Security Patches Pilot and Deployment
• Hardware - Preparation, Installation, Move, Borrow
• Asset Management (equipment, license, SW…)
• Solve Hardware issues
• Mobile device registration and support
• Software - deployment manually
• Software / Application support - on-site
• Mailbox issues: support
• Printing & Scanning Support
• Root-Cause analysis of incident trends.
