Job Description

We are looking for a proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements. In addition, we are looking for a person with excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.
This on-site support role - based in Lisbon - interfaces with the Service Desk and other support teams. Candidates will be required to have strong PC support knowledge and experience with common tools; Respond to computer related service requests and incidents
 
Responsabilities
•    Perform Hardware and Software Troubleshooting for various Desktops/Laptops/Mobile devices
•    Ability to resolve Windows Operating System Errors
•    Correctly track incidents and requests in a timely and accurate fashion
•    Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
•    Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
•    Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software
•    Support of key/bespoke engineering applications at use within the business

 
Job Requirements
 

Requirements
•    Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office
•    Understanding of Endpoint Protection software
•    Experience of various ITSM toolsets
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
•    Experience of Microsoft Group Policy Objects
•    Some hardware support experience required e.g. installing memory/hard drives
 
Requirements
•    Driving license 
•    Candidates need to be proactive, efficient and able to work independently
•    Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
•    Strong sense of customer service
•    Good organizational skills
•    Verbal and Written Communication Skills - both portuguese and english (mandatory)
•    Ability to multitask
•    Team focused
 
Required Minimum Experience
•    A Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
