This new opportunity implies being responsible of delivering the next generation of OMNI channel routing strategies (inbound and outbound voice, callback and digital interactions) to the business. These routing technologies will demonstrate the latest capabilities available in the marketplace from skills-based routing, omni-channel routing, digital conversation management, precision routing and machine learning based routing. This will allow for optimized contact center operations and enable legendary customer experience.
As part of the role you will be:
- Engaging with business partners appropriately to review program progress acquire input, validation and approval of key decisions;
- Engaging with line of business and technology project teams on related project results;
- Providing coaching, mentorship and guidance to team members getting to the next stage;
- Collaborate with business partners ensuring future readiness.
