Job Description

  • Accountable for operational results and improved efficiency for  the projects/teams;
  • Overseeing project launch activities for ITO;
  • Managing the general overview of staffing for Operations: determine and correct staffing levels for each project, managing resource request in an optimal way for each project/team etc;
  • Managing, coaching and developing the Team Leaders  as well as other horizontal structures, as assigned, in order to improve customer service and to achieve specific operational objectives;
  • Fostering co-operation and team spirit;
  • Evaluating Team Leader’s performance, productivity appraisals and quality of work;
  • Ensuring internal communication within the project. (meetings with the team, one-to-one meetings);

 
Job Requirements
 

·        Minimum 1 year experience in a management role within Stefanini;
·        English - advanced level;
·        High tolerance and flexibility/evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations;
·        Excellent relationship skills including significant experience working with executives level;
·        Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills
·        Collaboration and team leadership
·        Strong time and project management skills.
