For one of our clients in Cracow, we are looking for talented individual to make a real contribution to our business as a:
IS Analyst: Atlassian Tools Support
Main responsibilities:
  • Administer Atlassian products including JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Crowd
  • Work directly with agile teams and provide guidance and solutions for Atlassian tools usage
  • Create complex JIRA workflows, project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes
  • Create post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance
  • Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports
  • Maintenance users accounts in Crowd. Troubleshoot access issues
  • Must be Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills
  • Escalate potential issues when necessary
  • Organization of Training/Webcast sessions
  • Daily monitoring of service environments
Necessary qualities:
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks 
  • Analytical problem solving abilities 
  • Ability to cooperate efficiently in a team 
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in at least one of the Atlassian tool as user or administrator
  • Hands on experience with Atlassian on premise server products
  • Basic knowledge about Scrum framework / Agile methodology
  • University degree in some technical field
