Job Description

Join us as a Senior Advisor on our Product Management - IT team in EMEA to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve:

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for a large, complex transformation program, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Business and Engineering to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
You will:
  • Define the Product Vision;
  • Elicit requirements from the Business Functional team to achieve Product Increment goals;
  • Be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for a large, complex transformation program;
  • Provide a clear description and outline of product features for easy comprehension by the development team and the Business team;
  • Work closely with the Business, Vendor and Engineering teams to ensure customer goals are met
  • Deliver prioritized features and corresponding justification;
  • Work with global cross-functional teams to align integration requirements;

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years experience as a Product Manager;
  • Demonstrated success in defining Product Vision, eliciting requirements, and launching excellent products;
  • Ability to navigate through in an ambiguous environment;
  • Excellent teamwork skills;
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience with Vendor Hosted Solution (off the shelf products).
Desirable Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial services market with a focus on Leasing;
  • Experience in Lease Servicing/ Lease Accounting a plus;
  • Experience with a Vendor Hosted Solution;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Technical background, with experience in TFS, SAFE and Agile methodology.
