Job Description

We are happy to inform you that we have 2 new job opening in Sibiu (1 on undetermined period / 1 on 6 months determined period).

The job mission is to provide delivery direction and management to different ITO projects within Stefanini, to enable the achievement of business objectives through the management of the operational teams with a view to ensure efficient and effective deployment of people, resources and systems, within agreed budgets and in line with Stefanini's business strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyzing and reviewing operational progress within the managed account;
  • Being accountable for operational results and improved efficiency for the managed account;
  • Overseeing launch activities when required;
  • Managing the staffing levels of the respective operational team(s);
  • Managing, coaching, and developing direct reports/Team Leaders as well as other horizontal structures, as assigned, in order to improve customer service and to achieve specific operational objectives, and to ensure effective use of Stefanini policies and procedures;
  • Assessing direct reports/Team Leaders, evaluating their performance and quality of work.

 

 
Job Requirements
 

Requirements: 

 

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing teams (including performance management) in a large global organization;
  • Support center environment experience is mandatory;
  • Critical thinking and problem solving to assess client situation and provide actionable outcomes based on business/technical advice and access the appropriate Stefanini services to support the achievement of business results;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results-oriented nature;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected;
  • Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus;
  • High tolerance and flexibility/evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations;
  • Excellent relationship skills including significant experience working with executives level;
  • Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills;
  • Collaboration and team leadership;
  • Strong time and project management skills;
  • Business leadership skills;
  • English proficiency;
  • University diploma.
