Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner specializing in AI Solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business contexts. They will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI solutions;
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and analysis;
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements;
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business goals;

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, business leaders, customers, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment;
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product delivery.
  

Development Oversight:

• Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings;
• Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle;
• Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
  

Market and Competitor Analysis:

• Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in AI;
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement;
• Drive iterative development and continuous delivery practices.

 

 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred;
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on AI solutions;
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI-driven products or solutions;
• Experience working in agile development environments;
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics;
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch);
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services;
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies;
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools;
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and data privacy regulations.
