Job Description

Stefanini is a global IT services company with over 88 offices in 39 countries across the globe. Since 1987, Stefanini has been providing offshore, onshore and near-shore IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure outsourcing (helpdesk support and desktop services), systems integration, consulting and strategic staffing to enterprises around the world. Due to the constant growth of our services, we are now seeking exceptional individual for a hybrid support for one of our clients in Cracow as a Communication Specialist 
 

Job Responsibilities:

As the Communication Specialist will be supporting the communication processes for multiple teams simultaneously, providing support in areas such as newsletters, documentation and collaborative channels as well as ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information dissemination to internal teams.


Communications and News:
  •  Support on the preparation and distribution of internal newsletters and communications. Support in the execution of internal communications and employer branding campaigns, including visual design, material creation and draft communications for IT products and solutions, from launch through the life of the product;
  •  Engage with internal clients to refine communication strategies and fulfil reporting requirements;
  • Support other internal IT department's communication campaigns, messages and content to support an efficient and consistent communication of departmental products, solutions and services, newsletters, managing internal social media and Intranet pages.
Content Development:
  •  Participate in the creation of content, including articles, videos, news updates, and technical presentations, in collaboration with subject matter experts;
  • Collaborate with the global IT Marketing & Communications team to create and maintain global marketing communication assets for the IT department (visual identity guidelines, banners, infographics, and templates) to meet established marketing objectives;
  •  Standardize documentation procedures and provide assistance as needed.
Agenda Management: 
  • Assist in managing and tracking the agendas of various teams;
  • Support the organization of internal events such as webcasts, prepare speakers, and design webinar presentations for internal IT teams and business stakeholders.

 
Job Requirements
 

Required Skills:
  • Experience in internal communication strategies. At least two years of experience in marketing or communication positions, ideally, in a multinational environment (non-mandatory);
  • Exceptional command of English, feeling comfortable during public speaking and webcasts hosting and work together with Senior Management team;
  • Versatility across various communication platforms, including newsletters, visual media, and branding initiatives. Work in a dynamic environment, juggling between multiple projects;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, coupled with teamwork, time management, and excellent organizational skills;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially SharePoint.

Desirable Additional Skills:
  • Proficiency in design and understanding of UX principles, use of tools such as Canva and Illustrator;
  • Experience collaborating with IT departments.
