Job Description

Stefanini Group is looking for a Security Compliance Analyst to join our Cyber Security Services Cluster, part of Infrastructure Services (INFRA) Division. 

This is a great chance for a motivated cybersecurity expert with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to advance their career. 

This position is only available for candidates based in Moldova and is offered as a full-time job contract.

Job responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management programs to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information is managed within customer organizations.
  • Ability to create, communicate and implement processes for risk management, including the assessment and treatment of identified risks.
  • Assist Customers with their Information Security Requirements as specified in contracts.
  • Perform periodic risk and security assessments, review and propose updates to the Information Security Requirements based on risk and security assessments; provide risk analysis, and recommended actions.
  • Coordinate the development of implementation plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security event.
  • Maintain Information Security procedures for Customers to ensure proper management of internal security controls; ensure that all relevant security processes and procedures are documented, kept up to date and reviewed periodically.
  • Assist Customers with testing internal security control effectiveness and identify gaps (if any).
  • Assist Customers with security exception handling process and provide recommendations accordingly.
  • Perform periodic checks that only authorized persons from the Customer organizations have access rights to information, systems, and facilities, and report findings.
  • Perform periodic review of baseline security standards for information technology systems and applications identified by the Customer.
  • Track closure of identified gaps and report compliance periodically to Customer Information Security Management teams.
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders from Customer organizations, including audit, legal and HR management teams as required, to ensure that the organizations maintain an appropriate security posture.

 
Job Requirements
 

Key requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in information security, IT risk management, IT security operations, security governance, security incident response, or related roles.
  • Exposure to or hands-on involvement in developing or maintaining information security policies, procedures, or compliance documentation.
  • Basic understanding of common information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, ITIL, or COBIT, with willingness and ability to deepen knowledge.
  • Foundational understanding of ISMS concepts, data privacy principles, and GDPR, with some experience supporting audits, evidence collection, or compliance checks.
  • Some experience assisting with gap analyses or risk assessments, including identifying issues and helping recommend or document corrective actions.
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective when dealing with time-sensitive or high-pressure compliance tasks.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with customers.
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism, including the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Demonstrated initiative, dependability, and the ability to work independently with guidance.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT environments, network fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP), and common technical and process-based security controls is an advantage.
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, Security+, CC (Certified in Cybersecurity), or other entry-level security certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
