Key requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in information security, IT risk management, IT security operations, security governance, security incident response, or related roles.
- Exposure to or hands-on involvement in developing or maintaining information security policies, procedures, or compliance documentation.
- Basic understanding of common information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, ITIL, or COBIT, with willingness and ability to deepen knowledge.
- Foundational understanding of ISMS concepts, data privacy principles, and GDPR, with some experience supporting audits, evidence collection, or compliance checks.
- Some experience assisting with gap analyses or risk assessments, including identifying issues and helping recommend or document corrective actions.
- Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective when dealing with time-sensitive or high-pressure compliance tasks.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with customers.
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism, including the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Demonstrated initiative, dependability, and the ability to work independently with guidance.
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments, network fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP), and common technical and process-based security controls is an advantage.
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, Security+, CC (Certified in Cybersecurity), or other entry-level security certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
