- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Communications or Change Management domain, ideally within the multinational environment.
- University Degree in marketing, communication or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in video editing and a strong understanding of social engagement strategies.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially PowerPoint.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator) would be an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate at all organizational levels, including senior management.
- Business fluency in English.
