Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for the customer (and Stefanini supporting Teams) during the project life cycle, with an agreed extended period into the operational delivery of the service. 
  • Assist in the assessment of project needs and requirements during the presales phase, support (pre)sales team in the presentation of the Transition plan to prospects.
  • Perform stakeholder management, taking the lead to present key results, facilitate meetings, and deliver difficult messages to clients.
  • Develop a Transition Budget and resourcing plan, manage the project team members along the project life cycle.
  • Propose, defend and manage the appropriate metrics for tracking project activities and practice improvement.
  • Communicate effectively and continuously with peers: Service Desk Managers, Service Managers, Field Service Managers, support function managers.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements using Microsoft Project.
  • Conduct update meetings with functional areas and business owners and track progress toward completion of tasks, milestones and action items.
  • Review deliverables prepared by the internal team before sending them to the client.
  • Identify risks, create mitigation plans and communicate progress to stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Create or lead the due diligence meetings, solution documentation, communication plans, financial tracking, training materials and training as needed.
  • Act as subject matter expert in the sales process, creating transition content for proposals and RFP responses as needed.
  • Study the RFI/RFP and understand customer requirements, work with the presales team to understand the solution design and propose a matching Transition Plan.
  • Develop the Transition SOW together with the Engagement team, implement the agreed scope(s) of work in cooperation with Service Delivery Team.
  • Coordinate and ensure project governance, reporting and following up of all the different activities within all technical and non-technical involved teams.

 
Job Requirements
 

  • Minim 2 years of experience in a management role, within Stefanini.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Soft skills: strong analytical abilities, problem solver, customer awareness, flexibility.
  • Proven ability to remain flexible within a changing environment.
