We are looking for a Project manager to own the enterprise wide projects directly related to the Salesforce CRM platform and be a major player in the company’s initiative to improve processes, procedures and use of Salesforce across the Supply Chain part of the organization. . You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated, streamlined processes and tools that provide business insights and support agile business execution.
Lead change and process management related to our CRM platform by partnering with the Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing as well as Sales and Marketing.
Enhance key business processes (lead generation, renewals, etc.) across business units and facilitate the organization to use Salesforce to the fullest potential
Curate and execute Salesforce roadmap, with a focus on streamlining sales and sales support processes and providing business insights with the data
Manage a cross-functional super user project team and drive user adoption by teaming with sales, engineering, sales operations and other departments
Create training materials on system enhancements and deliver training to key stakeholders and/or current super users, as needed
Lead/coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Stay current on the latest tools, strategies and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem
Develop Executive Dashboards for senior management to drive usage top-down
Develop reports for sales management and individuals to manage their accounts to drive usage bottom-up
Work with Sales Operations to develop report automation for pipeline reporting
Work with M&A for all upcoming projects and cross organizational integrations
Work on Salesforce data for migrating to new workflow rules and/or revenue forecasting related data requirements
