Looking for IT professional who will assist end-users with training and technical support with computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
Tasks will or may include:
Troubleshooting and resolution.
User account administration.
Documentation of policies and procedures.
Will assist end-users via telephone and email.
Record conversation and support notes.
Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
Assistance of logging, reporting, and monitoring work stations.
Provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
Associates degree or 1+ years experience.
Computer hardware, operating systems, networking, etc.
Able to present ideas technically and non technically.
Strong customer service skills.
Prioritize effectively in a high-pressured environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
