We are seeking an AEM/React Development Manager to join a Digital Products team in Las Vegas! If you have experience leading development teams who are focused on customer experience, while using Adobe Experience Manager and React, we want to talk with you!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, train, and mentor a team of developers working on eCommerce marketing and content management projects.
• Create AEM components and templates to be used by Scrum teams for content creation of the library.
• Use AEM and React to plan, develop, and program eCommerce solutions.
• Review project plans, perform code reviews, holding accountability for quality of code.
• Manage development resource requests.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 7-10 years of experience using AEM for website development
• 6+ years of experience working with Scrum teams in a digital product development role
• 4+ years of experience using React and NodeJS for web development
• Proficiency with Jenkins and/or GitHub, as well as some experience with Adobe Target is preferred
• Advanced experience with unit testing, change management, code design, and release processes
• Development experience within Scrum teams, using Jira and/or Confluence
