We are looking for a qualified Help Desk Technician who will be working out of Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for Providing Remote and OnSite support
  • Windows 7 &10 troubleshooting
  • Apple/Mac Troubleshooting
  • Managing high ticket volume
  • Documenting support in ticketing system
  • Active directory user administration
  • Office 365 Administration

 
Job Requirements

 

Skills/Requirements:
  • An Associate's degree in computer science or related field.
  • A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
