Looking for IT professional who will assist end-users with training and technical support with computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
Tasks will or may include: 
  • Troubleshooting and resolution.
  • User account administration.
  • Documentation of policies and procedures. 
  • Will assist end-users via telephone and email.
  • Record conversation and support notes.
  • Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Assistance of logging, reporting, and monitoring work stations.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Associates degree or 1+ years experience.
  • Computer hardware, operating systems, networking, etc.
  • Able to present ideas technically and non technically. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Prioritize effectively in a high-pressured environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
