    Our client is seeking an IT Operator to join their team in Las Vegas, NV on a direct hire basis. This employer is in the gaming/casino industry. This client delivers fresh, energetic, and a fun atmosphere in the City of Lights. They have a variety of newly renovated properties offering entertainment for all.  


    Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:

    • Setting up computers and other hardware devices.
    • Meeting with the IT team to determine the sequence of operations.
    • Starting operations by entering computer commands.
    • Monitoring error and stoppage messages.
    • Correcting errors, loading paper, and adjusting equipment settings.
    • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and software errors.
    • Responding to user requests and problems.

     
    Job Requirements
     

    Your previous experience includes:

    • Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests.
    • Strong background in providing computer systems technical support to end users
    • Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as: TCP/IP, addressing, VLANs, and VPN
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
    • CompTIA A+ certificate preferred


    Salary: $18/hour

    Shift: Must be available to work swing, grave, and days shifts. Flexibility is a must.
