Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator in EST time zone to join their team. This is a fully remote position working from home. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, excellent communication and written skill, managing multiple projects, ability to work with a variety of skills and expertise, and strong administrative skills.
Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:
Handling all escalations and exceptions that arise during the service workflow.
Managing and scheduling games forecast to ensure commitments are meet monthly.
Managing sales and the ERP databases to ensure all stakeholders have the necessary information to manage sales funnel and production.
Managing workflow for documentation and other required closure paperwork.
Primary person contacting customers to schedule Aristocrat services at their casino.
Knowledgeable of manpower requirements, regulatory notification, travel times for resources, and timeframes to complete designated services.
Other duties and responsibilities maybe assigned.
Job Requirements
Your previous experience includes:
MUST live in EST time zone (will consider CST time zone depending on experience).
Degree preferred but not required.
Energetic and engaging
Must be a self-starter, process orientated, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Familiarity with geography is a BIG PLUS!
Ability to meet changing demands and learn on the fly.
Ability to deliver a well-coordinated work schedule, manage multiple projects, meet customer satisfaction goals, and achieve corporate objectives.
Salary: $18-$27hr
