We are currently looking for a Finance and Accounting Recruiting Coordinator basis here in Las Vegas, NV.  It is a hybrid, FT-position. A successful recruiter will collaborate with Sales Manager and Hiring Managers on a daily basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiting coordinator has work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Successful candidates:
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Help place top Financing and Accounting talent in various roles in Las Vegas.
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Enjoy being on the phone warm/ cold calling candidates.
  • Assist Recruiters in screening and sourcing candidates, resume formatting.

Job Requirements


Your previous experience includes:
  • 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Previous background in Financing and Accounting Recruiting
  • Passion for Financing and Accounting and working with people to achieve their dream profession or career path.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability and willingness to go above and beyond to meet our clients' needs and find the candidate the best possible job for their future.
