Our client is seeking a IT Help Desk I  to join their team. This role is an Hybrid, Contract position in Las Vegas, NV

Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:
  • Providing customer service experience through the phone and remotely helping IT queries and support requests.
  • Take comprehensive notes on the challenges users are facing, identifying steps for issues resolution, and overseeing the handling of incoming support requests.
  • Offering feedback and assistance to the Service Desk Support team on various projects and initiatives.
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and delivering remote support and account assistance to company employees.

Job Requirements

Your previous experience includes:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Working experience in a call center, IT Helpdesk, or phone service is required.
  • 3-6 months of technical skills with a troubleshooting mindset. 
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus. 
  • Proficient in Active Directory, SaaS model applications, and Office 365.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Suite, Windows 10, Windows Office, and related.

Salary: $22.73 p/h
