Our client is looking for a IT Administrative Coordinator. This role is an on-site, contract role.
Successful candidate should enjoy:
- Understanding financial spreadsheets.
- Paying attention to details.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Supporting HR & IT Hiring Managers with the recruiting dashboard, updating applicant statuses, and scheduling interviews.
- Tackling special projects assigned by leadership and direct reports, ensuring timely completion.
- Being to change tasks at moments notice and go back to finishing up tasks.
Job Requirements
Your previous experience includes:
- 2+ years of administrative experience required.
- Experience with invoice and purchase order processing.
- Demonstrates IT and software knowledge.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Yardi Software
Salary: $20 - $22 p/h
On-site, Contract Role
