Our client is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. This is FT - Contract role.
Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:
- Deploying system solutions, evaluating and proposing technologies, and managing a queue of work requests.
- Reviewing technical requirements, managing projects and tasks, and arranging plans of action.
- Designing and deploying new enhancements and platforms to existing operating, infrastructure, and software systems.
- Troubleshooting and restoring complex system issues.
- Assessing and making recommendations of systems.
- Working on a contract with possible extensions.
Job Requirements
Your previous experience includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar work experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience designing, administering, and supporting of infrastructure systems and applications.
- 7+ working experience and high proficiency with VMware, Active Directory, Linux, Cloud experience and related platforms.
- Experience creating and implementing high availability solutions including clustering, dynamic resource allocation, and data replication.
- Ideally, MCSE background or likeness
Salary: DOE
