We are currently looking for a Finance and Accounting Recruiting Sales Executive here in Las Vegas, NV. It is a hybrid, FT-position. A successful Account Manager will collaborate with Internal Recruiting and Hiring Managers on a daily basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Our ideal candidate enjoys the hunt of finding or making opportunities that benefit both the team and clients.
Successful candidates:
- Creating and maintaining professional relationships with current and potential clients.
- Serves as the primary point of contact between the agency and it's clients, facilitating communication, coordination, and ensuring client satisfactions.
- Manage client's accounts, address concerns, and foster positive business relationship through regular communication and personalized support.
- Enjoy being on the phone and calling potential new clients and anticipating needs of current clients.
- Enjoy being on a team and communicating regularly with internal team members.
Job Requirements
Your previous experience includes:
- 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales in a recruiting environment
- Previous background in Financing and Accounting Recruiting or Sales
- understanding of a recruitment lifecycle
- Passion for Financing and Accounting and working with people to achieve their dream profession or career path.
- Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal team
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability and willingness to go above and beyond to meet our clients' needs and find the candidate the best possible job for their future.
Salary: $50k
