What You'll Do:
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements, culture, and team goals.
  • Source, engage, and attract top talent through creative strategies across LinkedIn, social media, networking events, referrals, and beyond.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from intake and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignment using modern tools and structured assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven recruiting reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and brand ambassador — creating exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.

Job Requirements

What You Bring:
  • Proven success as a Technical Recruiter in either an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring landscapes (IT, software, cloud, data, engineering, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset — you don't wait to be told; you make things happen.
  • Flexibility to attend after-hours events, networking meetups, and industry conferences to grow your network and brand presence.
  • Willingness to operate beyond the typical 9–5 to engage passive candidates and deliver top-tier results.

Salary: $45k
