Job Description

Taurean Consulting Group is an IT Staffing and Project Solutions company built on deep relationships. With over 25 years of experience in Technology Staffing, we match candidates to an organization's culture and required skill sets.

 

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Recruiting Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV.  A successful recruiter will proactively identify future hiring needs and work with the Sales Manager and Hiring Managers. You'll originate solutions to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiting coordinator has work experience screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

 

Successful candidates:

  • Source and attract candidates by using proven methods and solutions.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Establish yourself as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
  • Initiate placement of top IT talent in various roles in Las Vegas.
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist Recruiters in screening and sourcing candidates, resume formatting. 



Job Requirements

Your previous experience includes:

  • 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability and willingness to go above and beyond to meet our clients' needs and find the candidate the best possible job for their future.
